Meet Our Team
With over 15 years of experience in various microfinance institutions and development agencies, Hla Yamin Htike joined Fullerton Myanmar in 2016. Her entire professional career has been devoted to financial inclusion and improving the lives of the underprivileged. Hla Yamin Htke has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Pathein University, as well as a Diploma in Banking & Financial Services.
S’ Thiri Aung has been with the company since 2017, building on his career in microfinance, where he has undertaken various roles including Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Enterprise Risk Officer and eventually, Risk Manager. Prior to joining the microfinance industry, he was an English language teacher, and also looked after Christian migrant workers in Malaysia for three years. S’ Thiri Aung graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Pwo Karen Theological Seminary.
Thae Phyu Phyu has had a colourful career in Finance, having worked in a range of industries including Banking, Trading, Telecommunication and Aviation. In 2018, she joined Fullerton Myanmar, which is her first foray in microfinance. She has a Bachelor of Science in Maths from the University of Distance Education (Yangon) and is a qualified accountant under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Part II).
Phyu Phyu Khaing Zar Thet joined the Fullerton Myanmar team in 2017, building on her experience as an external auditor. She is a qualified Accountant, earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Commerce from the Yangon Institute of Economics, and is certified under CPA (Part I) and ACCA (Part II). Phyu Phyu Khaing Zar Thet has also worked in various Finance roles in Singapore.
Nandah Htoon is an IT veteran with close to two decades of experience in a variety of companies, primarily in financial services and non-profit organizations. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering ICT and an Executive Master in Development Studies from various educational institutions. Nandah also has a number of technical qualifications including Project Management, Digital Transformation and Fintech, which are appropriate for his role in Fullerton Myanmar.
Myint Ko is a seasoned Human Resource (HR) professional, who started his career in Sales and eventually decided to specialize in HR. Prior to joining Fullerton, he worked in various local and international companies for over 19 years. Myint Ko has a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Distance Education in Yangon, as well as an International Diploma in Business Administration from Thames Business School.
